These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ModHub website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using ModHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. # 1. About ModHub ModHub is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers offering automotive modification parts, accessories, and related products for cars and motorcycles. ModHub facilitates product discovery, ordering, payment processing, and communication between buyers and sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ModHub is not the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or owner of products listed by third-party sellers. # 2. Eligibility To use the Platform, you must: * Be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity under applicable law. * Provide accurate and complete registration information. * Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. * Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms. # 3. User Accounts You agree to: * Keep your account information accurate and updated. * Protect your login credentials. * Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. * Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account. ModHub is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account. # 4. Marketplace Model ModHub operates as a marketplace. Products available on the Platform are offered by independent sellers unless explicitly identified as being sold by ModHub. Each seller is responsible for: * Product listings * Product quality * Product descriptions * Pricing * Inventory * Warranty information * Packaging * Shipping * Legal compliance of products sold ModHub provides the technology platform that enables transactions between buyers and sellers. # 5. Product Information We strive to display accurate product information; however: * Images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. * Product colors may vary depending on device displays. * Specifications may change without prior notice. * Vehicle compatibility information should be verified before purchase. Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order. # 6. Pricing All prices displayed on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, convenience fees, or other charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. # 7. Orders Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by the Platform and/or seller. ModHub reserves the right to: * Cancel fraudulent orders * Cancel duplicate orders * Reject suspicious transactions * Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors * Limit purchase quantities where necessary Any applicable refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy. # 8. Payments Payments are processed using authorized third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize the payment provider to process your payment. ModHub does not store complete payment card information, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. # 9. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to: * Courier delays * Weather conditions * Public holidays * Remote service areas * Operational disruptions * Seller processing time Risk of loss or damage transfers in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms of the order. # 10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by ModHub's Return & Refund Policy.
